  • Dr. Charles E. Bailey

    Dr. Charles E. Bailey is an experienced Psychiatrist who has participated in over one hundred and fifty clinical trials in most diagnoses, with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Dr. Bailey received his medical degree from the University of Texas in Houston and completed his psychiatric residency training at the University of Florida. He is board certified in neurology and psychiatry. Dr. Bailey had a private practice as a general psychiatrist in the Orlando, FL area for over 20 years. He began his career in clinical research in 1998 at CNS Healthcare in Orlando, FL. In 2005, Dr. Bailey and Diane M. Blakeslee, LCSW founded Accurate Clinical Trials, Inc. as a CNS clinical research site.

  • Dr. Barbara A. Burtner

    Dr. Barbara A. Burtner is a well-respected Psychiatrist who has participated in over twenty-five, CNS clinical trials. Dr. Burtner received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and continued to complete her psychiatric residency at Duke University. She is board certified in psychiatry and has been practicing since 1992. She has been a Principal Investigator at Accurate Clinical Trials, Inc. since 2005.
